Application

It is mainly applied to Laboratory heat treatment,thin film preparation,small sample annealing etc. The double layer chamber structure with installed cooling fan can protect the user from over heat burn,also the cooling fan can help furnace achieve programmable controlled cooling.

Adopt K type thermcouple can measure the heating temperature from 300~1200 degree accuracy. 3mm thickness high purity quartz tube with round finishing end, make sure the heating chamber can reach 9.8*10-4Pa vacuum degree without leak. High quality stainless steel flange with double o-ring can make sure the system keep in high vacuum degree.
